Gizlilik Politikası
Starkick (geliştirici: Bam Vortex Games) e-posta, telefon numarası ya da şifre istemez. Oyun internet bağlantısı gerektirir. Kariyerin cihazında ve sunucumuzda saklanır; sıralama, bulut kayıt, sosyal akış, penaltı düellosu, oyun içi altın ve satın almalar için aşağıdaki veriler sunucumuza gönderilir. Oyunda reklam (Google AdMob) ve Google Play üzerinden isteğe bağlı satın almalar vardır; üçüncü taraf analiz aracı yoktur. Oyunun kullanım şartları Kullanım Koşulları sayfasındadır.
Topladığımız veriler
- Cihazında rastgele üretilen bir hesap kimliği ve gizli anahtar (anahtarın yalnız geri çevrilemeyen özeti saklanır)
- Futbolcuna verdiğin ad, seçtiğin ülke, oyundaki kurgusal kulübün, yaşın ve oyun içi yüz seçimin
- Gol, asist, genel puan, bonservis değeri ve emeklilik durumu gibi oyun istatistikleri
- Bulut kayıt: kariyer kaydının bir kopyası (cihaz değiştirirsen geri getirmek için)
- Sosyal akış: paylaştığın gönderiler (oyunun hazır cümleleri ya da kendi yazdığın metin), beğenilerin, hazır listeden seçtiğin yorumlar, takip ettiğin oyuncular ve sana gelen sosyal bildirimler (beğeni, yorum, takip, düello daveti)
- Google ile giriş (isteğe bağlı): Google hesabının e-posta adresi ve Google kullanıcı kimliği. Yalnız kariyerini hesabına bağlamak, başka telefona taşımak ve Ayarlar'da hangi hesapla girdiğini göstermek için kullanılır; kimseyle paylaşılmaz, diğer oyunculara gösterilmez, hesabını silince silinir.
- Sosyal hesap açarken: doğum yılın, 18 yaşından büyük olup olmadığın, kabul ettiğin Kullanım Koşulları sürümü ve onay zamanı. Girdiğin tam doğum tarihi yalnız yaşını doğrulamak için kullanılır, saklanmaz.
- Sohbet odası mesajların (ülke ve dünya odası; odada 1 saat görünür, sonra odadan silinir) ve profil bilgilerin (kısa tanıtım yazısı, kapak rengi, sabitlediğin anı)
- Yasal kayıt: sohbet mesajların, Kickpost'ta kendi yazdığın gönderiler ve profil yazıların, yazıldığı zaman ve IP adresinle birlikte ayrıca kaydedilir. Bu kayıt 5651 sayılı Kanun'daki yer sağlayıcı yükümlülüğümüz ve yetkili mercilerin talepleri için 2 yıl saklanır, sonra silinir. Diğer oyunculara gösterilmez; yalnız bu yasal amaçla ve kötüye kullanım incelemesinde kullanılır.
- Penaltı düellosu sonuçları
- Anonim kullanım verileri: hangi oyun ekranlarının açıldığı ve ne kadar kalındığı, maç ve 3D pozisyon sonuçları, reklam ve satın alma denemelerinin sonucu, oyun hataları, cihaz platformu ve oyun sürümü. Oyunu iyileştirmek için kullanılır, 120 gün sonra silinir. Oyunda Ayarlar > "Kullanım verisi gönder" ile kapatabilirsin.
- Oyun içi altın bakiyen, günlük ödül serin, izlediğin ödüllü reklam sayısı ve satın alma kayıtların (ürün, Google Play satın alma jetonu, zaman). Ödeme bilgilerin Google Play'de kalır, bize gelmez.
Reklamlar: reklamlar Google AdMob ile gösterilir. AdMob cihazının reklam kimliğini, IP adresini ve cihaz bilgilerini Google'ın politikasına göre işler (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'ta kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için önce izin sorulur. Ödüllü reklamı izlediğinde AdMob, ödülü vermemiz için hesap kimliğini sunucumuza bildirir. Reklam kimliğini telefonunun ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir ya da kişiselleştirilmiş reklamı kapatabilirsin.
Futbolcu adın, kulübün, istatistiklerin, paylaşımların ve düello karnen diğer oyunculara (sosyal akış, Gündem, sıralamalar) gösterilir. Sohbet odasında yazdıkların ve profil tanıtım yazın da diğer oyunculara gösterilir. Bu metinler küfür ve hakaret süzgecinden geçer; bağlantı, telefon numarası ve e-posta paylaşılamaz. Bir mesajı bildirebilir, yazanı engelleyebilirsin: üç farklı oyuncunun bildirdiği mesaj gizlenir, 24 saat içinde üç mesajı gizlenen oyuncu 24 saat mesaj gönderemez. Uygunsuz futbolcu adları süzgeçten geçirilir. Sosyal akışta bir oyuncuyu bildirebilir ya da engelleyebilirsin: üç farklı oyuncunun bildirdiği ad herkese gizlenir, engellediğin oyuncunun paylaşımları ve davetleri sana gösterilmez (engelleme listesi yalnız cihazında tutulur). Bildirimin, bildirdiğin adla birlikte kaydedilir. Konum, rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon ya da dosya erişimi istenmez. Cihaz taşıma kodu denemelerini sınırlamak için IP adresi en fazla bir saat bellekte tutulur. IP adresin yalnız serbest yazı gönderdiğinde, yukarıdaki yasal kayıtta saklanır. Sunucumuzdaki veriler satılmaz ve reklam için kullanılmaz.
Hesabını ve verilerini silme
- Oyunun içinden: Kariyer > "Hesabı sil" > "Hesabı kalıcı olarak sil". Sunucudaki tüm verilerin o anda silinir, onay beklemez. Bu cihazdaki kariyer de silinir.
- E-posta ile: [email protected] adresine futbolcunun adını, ülkesini ve kulübünü yazarak silme talebi gönder. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde karşılanır.
Silinen veriler: hesap kimliğin ve anahtar özetin, bulut kaydın, futbolcu ve sıralama kayıtların, haftalık gol kayıtların, paylaşımların ve onlara gelen beğeni ve yorumlar, kendi beğeni, yorum ve takiplerin, cihaz taşıma kodların ve paylaştığın kariyer özetleri, yaptığın ve sana yapılan ad bildirimleri, sohbet mesajların ve mesaj bildirimlerin, profil bilgilerin, doğum yılın ve onay kaydın, altın bakiyen ve ödül kayıtların, kullanım verilerin.
Saklanan veriler: silinen kayıt günlük veritabanı yedeklerinde en fazla 60 gün daha durur ve bu sürenin sonunda yedeklerle birlikte kendiliğinden silinir. Tamamlanmış penaltı düellolarında rakibin karnesindeki sonuç adın olmadan kalabilir. Satın alma kayıtları (ürün, satın alma jetonu, zaman) yasal yükümlülükler ve aynı satın almanın tekrar kullanılmasını önlemek için hesap kimliğin yerine geri çevrilemeyen bir özetle saklanır. Yasal kayıt (sohbet mesajların, kendi yazdığın gönderiler ve profil yazıların, zamanı ve IP adresi) hesabını silsen de yasal yükümlülük nedeniyle yazıldığı tarihten başlayarak 2 yıl saklanır, sonra silinir.
Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir. Kickpost, Sohbet ve oyuncu profili gibi sosyal özellikler yalnız 18 yaş ve üzeri oyunculara açıktır. 18 yaşından küçük olduğunu beyan eden hesabın sosyal özellikleri kapatılır; aynı beyanın değiştirilmesini önlemek için yalnız doğum yılı ve bu karar saklanır. 18 yaşından küçük birinin sosyal özellikleri kullandığını düşünüyorsan [email protected] adresine yaz; hesabın sosyal verileri silinir.

Privacy Policy
Starkick (developer: Bam Vortex Games) never asks for an email address, phone number or password. The game requires an internet connection. Your career is stored on your device and on our server; the data below is sent to our server for rankings, cloud save, the social feed, penalty duels, in-game gold and purchases. The game shows ads (Google AdMob) and offers optional purchases through Google Play; it has no third-party analytics. The rules for using the game are in the Terms of Use.
Data we collect
- A random account identifier and secret key generated on your device (only a one-way hash of the key is stored)
- The name you give your player, the country you choose, your fictional in-game club, your age and in-game face choice
- Game statistics such as goals, assists, overall rating, transfer value and retirement status
- Cloud save: a copy of your career save (to restore it if you change phones)
- Social feed: posts you share (the game's ready-made sentences or text you write yourself), your likes, comments picked from a fixed list, the players you follow and the social notifications you receive (likes, comments, follows, duel invites)
- Sign in with Google (optional): your Google account's email address and Google user ID. Used only to link your career to your account, move it to another phone and show which account you signed in with; never shared, never shown to other players, and deleted when you delete your account.
- When you open a social account: your year of birth, whether you are 18 or over, the version of the Terms of Use you accepted and when you accepted it. The full date of birth you enter is used only to check your age and is not stored.
- Your chat room messages (country and world rooms; visible in the room for 1 hour, then removed from the room) and your profile details (short bio, cover colour, pinned moment)
- Legal record: your chat messages, the posts you write yourself on Kickpost and your profile texts are also recorded together with the time they were written and your IP address. This record is kept for 2 years under our hosting provider obligation in Turkish Law No. 5651 and for requests from the competent authorities, then deleted. It is never shown to other players and is used only for this legal purpose and for abuse reviews.
- Penalty duel results
- Anonymous usage data: which game screens are opened and for how long, match and 3D moment results, the outcome of ad and purchase attempts, game errors, device platform and game version. It is used to improve the game and deleted after 120 days. You can turn it off in the game under Settings > "Send usage data".
- Your in-game gold balance, daily reward streak, number of rewarded ads watched and purchase records (product, Google Play purchase token, time). Your payment details stay with Google Play and never reach us.
Ads: ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob processes your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information under Google's policy (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you are asked for consent before personalised ads. When you watch a rewarded ad, AdMob tells our server your account identifier so we can grant the reward. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your phone's settings.
Your player name, club, statistics, posts and duel record are shown to other players (social feed, Trending, rankings). What you write in the chat room and your profile bio are also shown to other players. These texts pass through a profanity and abuse filter; links, phone numbers and email addresses cannot be shared. You can report a message and block its author: a message reported by three different players is hidden, and a player with three hidden messages within 24 hours cannot send messages for 24 hours. Offensive player names are filtered. In the social feed you can report or block a player: a name reported by three different players is hidden from everyone, and posts and invites from players you block are not shown to you (the block list is kept only on your device). Your report is stored together with the name you reported. We don't access location, contacts, photos, microphone or files. To limit transfer code guessing, the server keeps your IP address in memory for at most one hour. Your IP address is stored only when you send free text, in the legal record described above. Data on our server is never sold or used for advertising.
Deleting your account and data
- In the game: Career > "Delete account" > "Delete account permanently". All your data on our server is deleted straight away, with no approval step. The career on that device is deleted too.
- By email: send your player's name, country and club to [email protected] and ask for deletion. Requests are handled within 30 days at the latest.
Data that is deleted: your account identifier and key hash, cloud save, player and ranking records, weekly goal records, your posts and the likes and comments on them, your own likes, comments and follows, transfer codes, shared career summaries, name reports made by you or about you, your chat messages and message reports, your profile details, your year of birth and consent record, your gold balance and reward records, and your usage data.
Data that is retained: a deleted record stays in the daily database backups for at most 60 more days and then disappears together with those backups. In completed penalty duels, the result may remain in your opponent's record without your name. Purchase records (product, purchase token, time) are kept with a one-way hash instead of your account identifier, for legal obligations and to stop the same purchase being redeemed twice. The legal record (your chat messages, the posts you wrote yourself and your profile texts, with their time and IP address) is kept even if you delete your account, because of our legal obligation, for 2 years from when it was written, then deleted.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. Social features such as Kickpost, Chat and player profiles are available only to players aged 18 or over. If an account declares that its owner is under 18, its social features are turned off; to stop the declaration being changed, only the year of birth and this decision are kept. If you believe someone under 18 is using social features, write to [email protected] and the account's social data will be deleted.
