Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar Starkick oyununu (geliştirici: Bam Vortex Games) ve oyundaki sosyal özellikleri (Kickpost, Sohbet, oyuncu profili, yorum, takip ve penaltı düellosu davetleri) kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu kullanarak bu koşulları, sosyal hesap açarken ise ayrıca Topluluk Kuralları'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
1. Yaş sınırı
- Oyun 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.
- Sosyal özellikler yalnız 18 yaş ve üzeri oyunculara açıktır. Sosyal hesap açarken doğum tarihini girer ve bilgilerinin doğru olduğunu beyan edersin. 18 yaşından küçük olduğu anlaşılan hesaplarda sosyal özellikler kapatılır; bu karar aynı cihazda doğum tarihi değiştirilerek geri alınamaz.
- Yanlış yaş beyanının sorumluluğu beyanı yapana aittir. Yanlış beyan fark edilirse hesabın sosyal özellikleri uyarı yapılmadan kapatılabilir.
2. Hesap
- Hesabın cihazında rastgele üretilen bir kimlikle ya da isteğe bağlı Google girişiyle açılır. Cihazının ve hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
- Futbolcu adın, kulübün, istatistiklerin, profilin, gönderilerin ve sohbet mesajların diğer oyunculara gösterilir.
- Hesabını istediğin zaman oyunun içinden silebilirsin (Kariyer > Hesabı sil).
3. Paylaştığın içerik
- Yazdığın gönderi, mesaj ve profil metinlerinin sorumluluğu sana aittir.
- Bu içerikleri oyunda göstermemiz, süzgeçten geçirmemiz, gizlememiz ve silmemiz için bize ücretsiz, dünya çapında ve münhasır olmayan bir izin vermiş olursun. Bu izin içerik silinince sona erer.
- Başkasına ait telif, marka ya da kişilik haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşamazsın.
4. Denetim ve yaptırımlar
- Kullanıcı içeriğine sıfır hoşgörü uygularız: Topluluk Kuralları'na aykırı içerik ve bu içeriği paylaşan kullanıcıya karşı işlem yapılır.
- Metinler otomatik küfür ve hakaret süzgecinden geçer; bağlantı, telefon numarası, e-posta ve sosyal medya hesabı paylaşılamaz.
- Her gönderiyi ve mesajı bildirebilir, yazanı engelleyebilirsin. Üç farklı oyuncunun bildirdiği içerik kendiliğinden gizlenir. Bildirimler en geç 24 saat içinde incelenir; kurala aykırı içerik kaldırılır.
- Kurallara uymayan hesaba uyarı yapılmadan geçici susturma (24 saat ya da daha uzun), sosyal özelliklerin kapatılması ya da hesabın kapatılması uygulanabilir.
5. Oyun içi para ve satın almalar
- Altın, jeton ve oyun içi eşyalar gerçek para değeri taşımaz, gerçek paraya ya da başka bir ödüle çevrilemez, hesaplar arasında satılamaz ya da devredilemez. Bunlar üzerinde sana yalnız oyunda kullanma izni verilir.
- Satın almalar Google Play ya da App Store üzerinden yapılır ve iadeler onların kurallarına tabidir.
- Hile, otomasyon, oyun hatalarından yararlanma ya da sunucuya sahte veri gönderme yasaktır. Bu yolla kazanılan ödüller geri alınabilir, hesap kapatılabilir.
6. Hizmetin sunulması
- Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.
- Oyundaki kulüp, oyuncu ve kişi adları kurgusaldır; gerçek kişi ya da kurumlarla benzerlik tesadüftür.
- Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Değişiklikler, hukuk ve iletişim
Bu koşullar değişirse bu sayfada yeni sürüm numarasıyla yayımlanır; önemli değişikliklerde oyunda yeniden onayın istenir. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır. İletişim ve bildirimler: [email protected]
Topluluk Kuralları
Kickpost ve Sohbet futbol sohbeti içindir. Şunlar yasaktır:
- Küfür, hakaret, aşağılama, tehdit, zorbalık ve taciz
- Irk, etnik köken, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, engellilik ya da milliyet üzerinden nefret söylemi ve ayrımcılık
- Cinsel içerik, müstehcenlik ve cinsel amaçlı yaklaşım; reşit olmayanlarla ilgili her türlü uygunsuz içerik
- Şiddeti, kendine zarar vermeyi, terörü, uyuşturucuyu ya da yasa dışı işleri öven veya teşvik eden içerik
- Başkasının kişisel bilgilerini (ad soyad, adres, telefon, fotoğraf) paylaşmak; başka biri gibi davranmak
- Reklam, spam, dolandırıcılık, bahis ve kumar yönlendirmesi; hesap, altın ya da eşya alım satımı
- Oyun dışına iletişim bilgisi ya da bağlantı yoluyla yönlendirme
- Siyasi propaganda ve kışkırtma
Rahatsız edici bir içerik görürsen mesaja ya da gönderiye dokunup Bildir, yazanı görmemek için Engelle seç. Acil bir tehlike varsa yerel yetkililere başvur ve bize [email protected] adresinden yaz.
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Starkick (developer: Bam Vortex Games) and its social features (Kickpost, Chat, player profiles, comments, follows and penalty duel invites). By using the game you accept these terms, and when you open a social account you also accept the Community Guidelines. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. Age limits
- The game is not directed at children under 13.
- Social features are available only to players aged 18 or over. When you open a social account you enter your date of birth and declare that your details are accurate. Social features are turned off for accounts found to belong to someone under 18; this cannot be undone on the same device by changing the date of birth.
- The person who makes a false age declaration is responsible for it. If a false declaration is detected, the account's social features may be turned off without notice.
2. Your account
- Your account is created with a random identifier generated on your device, or optionally with Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of your device and account.
- Your player name, club, statistics, profile, posts and chat messages are shown to other players.
- You can delete your account at any time in the game (Career > Delete account).
3. Content you share
- You are responsible for the posts, messages and profile texts you write.
- You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to display, filter, hide and delete that content in the game. This permission ends when the content is deleted.
- You may not share content that infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark or personality rights.
4. Moderation and enforcement
- We have zero tolerance for objectionable content: action is taken against content that breaks the Community Guidelines and against the user who posted it.
- Texts pass through an automatic profanity and abuse filter; links, phone numbers, email addresses and social media handles cannot be shared.
- You can report any post or message and block its author. Content reported by three different players is hidden automatically. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed.
- Accounts that break the rules may be muted (for 24 hours or longer), have their social features turned off, or be closed, without prior warning.
5. Virtual currency and purchases
- Gold, tokens and in-game items have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for real money or any other prize, and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts. You are only granted a licence to use them in the game.
- Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and refunds follow their rules.
- Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs or sending fake data to the server is forbidden. Rewards gained this way may be removed and the account may be closed.
6. The service
- The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. We may change, add or remove features.
- Club, player and person names in the game are fictional; any resemblance to real people or organisations is coincidental.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game.
7. Changes, law and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new version number; for significant changes you are asked to accept again in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Contact and reports: [email protected]
Community Guidelines
Kickpost and Chat are for football talk. The following are forbidden:
- Swearing, insults, humiliation, threats, bullying and harassment
- Hate speech and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality
- Sexual content, obscenity and sexual advances; any inappropriate content involving minors
- Content that praises or encourages violence, self-harm, terrorism, drugs or illegal activity
- Sharing other people's personal details (full name, address, phone, photos); impersonating someone else
- Advertising, spam, scams, betting and gambling promotion; buying or selling accounts, gold or items
- Directing people outside the game with contact details or links
- Political propaganda and provocation
If you see something upsetting, tap the message or post and choose Report, or Block to stop seeing its author. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local authorities and write to us at [email protected].
